These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Acafo website, mobile application, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Acafo ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals, organizations, and entities that access or use the Service in any capacity.

"Service" refers to Acafo's platform, including but not limited to resume building tools, AI-powered resume analysis, job matching features, coaching services, and any related functionality.

"User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

"User Content" refers to any data, information, resumes, portfolios, job applications, or other materials that you upload, submit, or provide through the Service.

"AI-Generated Content" refers to any content, suggestions, recommendations, or outputs generated by Acafo's artificial intelligence systems based on your User Content.

Acafo provides an AI-powered platform designed to help foreigners build careers in Korea. Our Service includes:

• Resume building and formatting tools tailored for Korean job market standards
• AI-powered resume analysis and audit features
• Resume translation services to Korean
• Job matching and recommendation services
• AI coaching and career guidance
• Skill discovery and market insights
• Related support and communication services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the consent and supervision of a legal guardian if you are a minor in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
• Use the Service to create, transmit, or distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious software

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any User Content you submit to the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content, suggestions, and recommendations provided by the Service are based on your User Content but are generated by our systems. You may use AI-generated content for your personal career purposes, but you acknowledge that such content is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its design, functionality, algorithms, software, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Acafo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or paid service:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or purchase
• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.) as specified at the time of purchase
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that time.

No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• You will receive job offers or career opportunities as a result of using the Service
• The Service will comply with all local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acafo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Acafo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any User Content you submit or transmit through the Service

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Otherwise engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your User Content, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any User Content you choose to share.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting a notice on our website or within the Service
• Sending an email to the address associated with your account
• Providing other reasonable notice as appropriate

Material changes will take effect from the date specified in the notice. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
