Acafo uses Paddle as its authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and digital services purchased through Paddle on the Acafo platform.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify Paddle within the 14-day cancellation period using Paddle's official support channels.
If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, using the original payment method.
Some Acafo services include digital content or digital services that are made available immediately after purchase.
Where applicable, by accessing or using the service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital service has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
All refunds are processed by Paddle.
Approved refunds are issued without undue delay and typically completed within 14 days from the date Paddle is informed of the cancellation.
Refunds are returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The 14-day right of cancellation applies only to the initial subscription purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals once the renewal payment has been processed, except where required by law.
